Regarding the activation process:

• Initiate EAP activation, which triggers notifications via in-app alerts, text messages, and emails to all designated users, enhancing communication effectiveness.
• Include the capability to call emergency services (911) automatically upon activation when necessary.
• Deactivate EAPs promptly once the emergency situation has been resolved.

The platform also facilitates organized sharing of EAPs:

• Create organizational groups within the application, adding relevant members to streamline communication channels.
